Ben suggests some of us are playing the lottery. Instead of having a plan, and doing the things that bring business, and knowing what's necessary, we keep stabbing at items hoping something will click.
So sometimes things do, but they don't hold, because there is no plan. So if you want your business to thrive this year, and it works for your life too, maybe with a little tweaking, here are the steps:
We set a CONCRETE GOAL on how much Money we Want to make In our Business each year. Then we divide it by twelve.
We get INSANELY CLEAR on the PRODUCTS we have for sale and how They Feed Each Other.
We LOCK IN the number SALES we have to make off that product to hit our monthly income goal.
We LOCK IN the exact EXPENSES that it will cost us to delliver that Product to the people that buy it from us.
We Subtract the Expenses from the Sales and Adjust the numbers to make sure we actually take home what we really want at the end of each month.
We Lock in exactly how many people we need to get our Product in front of to Make that number of sales
each month.
Then we must check this weekly. Period.
Business is boring. Needs the Game Board. get the wins in the wins and not the stupid buys.
Because you have the game board, the distractions disappear.
If product fits your game, buy it. If not, stop.
If "Business Game Board" tells you that the numbers don't add up. . . You know you can't win the game and you make adjustments so that you can.
And is it really so different in the less measurable places? The pleasure of getting a song right against the practice we'll give it.
Anyway, I am up too late again.
I'll call you in the morning.
